Responsibility

Requirements
- minimum Level 3 Childcare with revious experience in a nursery or garden center management role
- strong knowledge of plants, including their care requirements and common pests
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- proficient in inventory management and basic computer skills
- customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- management: 1 year
