  • we are looking for an experienced practice nurse to provide a high standard of practice nursing care for patients as well as providing nursing assistance to the doctors and other members of the primary healthcare team
  • you will be supported by a Senior nurse to deliver care within the boundaries of the role, focusing upon supporting patients to be healthy, monitoring long term conditions, health prevention and screening activities
  • you will be working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required
