  • assist Producing weekly and monthly reports using company system
  • help to Manage Credit control
  • sales analysis / invoice postings
  • month end routine / shutdowns
  • sales & purchase ledger posting / reconciliations
  • general administration tasks, insurances

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Bookkeeping
  • excel – excellent
  • understanding and knowledge of Bookkeeping packages . Experinace in Xero preferred
  • ability to work on own initiative, and in a team
  • bookkeeping: 2 years
  • xero: 2 years
