- lead strategic risk management for the organisation
- strategic development of collaborative EDI approaches and commitments and culture of anti-oppression and anti-racism

Requirements
- proven experience in senior management and finance
- familiarity with charity financial management
- knowledge of compliance with regulatory bodies
- understanding of HR best practice
- knowledge of charity risk management
