applicants must have relevant experience in a professional or semi-professional sports environment, or relevant experience managing a brand portfolio
applicants with market experience are preferred
Responsibility
develop marketing plans on shared organizational goals to accomplish organizational business objectives and goals
oversee creation of annual marketing and promotional calendar
oversee, update and lead execution of brand guidelines and style guides
build, Develop, and lead a Marketing team responsible for bringing the Woking FC brand to life through integrated strategies across multiple platforms including digital and social media, advertising, promotions, live events, and marketing the selling of individual game tickets for all 23 Woking FC League matches and Cup / Trophy ties
develop and foster a vibrant culture focused on storytelling meant to deepen relationships with Woking FC fans as well as connecting with new audiences to grow our supporter base
develop campaigns in support of our ticket sales and promotional strategy, including the development of a game-by-game individual game ticket sales goal plan
oversee/execute creative functions to ensure the Woking FC brand is properly represented in all internal and external uses, including email, print, digital, advertising, and in-stadium
ensure Woking FC brand messaging is on-point across all communication outlets
