Responsibility

  • conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our contact list
  • make outbound calls from our list of potential clients
  • as a Telemarketer reporting to the Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to schedule qualified appointments with key decision-makers
  • our lighting specialists will then conduct lighting surveys, presenting the outcomes to our clients
  • manage your pipeline and tasks efficiently using our internal CRM system
  • manage your own pipeline and workload through our internal CRM
  • build rapport and identify cross-selling opportunities for our other sustainability
  • build rapport and use effective questioning to identify cross selling opportunities for our group of companies

Requirements

  • minimum 2 years in an outbound telesales/telemarketer role is essential
  • previous experience in B2B selling
  • ability to work as a part of a team
