Requirements

  • the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying parts, ordering goods, stock checks and planning future stock orders
  • they will be have a mechanical / engineering understanding
  • this person will also be responsible for co-ordinating our service engineers to ensure all work is carried out in a timely manner, communicating with customers and maximising the service team’s performance
  • the successful candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated, be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment, have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and an eye for attention to detail and customer satisfaction
