Responsibility

  • HR: Support colleagues in the recruitment process of new employees
  • HR: New starter contracts and paperwork, logins to all internal systems, induction process and reviews of staff/processes
  • HR: Organising and recording information in regards to the company uniform scheme
  • payroll: Ensuring all paperwork and information is submitted to the Finance Director in accordance with the company processes and timetable
  • type/print/post letters/emails, scan documents, shred confidential documents
