Responsibility
- preparation of the monthly management accounts, consolidation and investor reporting
- oversight and reporting on the balance sheet and cashflows, including balance sheet reconciliations
- preparation of the year-end statutory financial statements for the Group and subsidiaries
- key point of contact for the annual audit
- key point of contact for the preparation and submission of the Group’s corporation tax returns and VAT returns
- technical lead on accounting treatments
- champion for financial policies, controls and procedures
- able to take the lead on ad-hoc projects as they arise
Requirements
- experience of working with private equity back organisations, or demonstratable experience of working in a fast-paced organisation
