Responsibility

  • \* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies targeting IT professionals in Africa and the Middle East
  • \* Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for IT positions
  • \* Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals in the region
  • \* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • \* Evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills through in-depth interviews and reference checks
  • \* Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the offer process
  • \* Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System
  • \* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices

Requirements

  • \* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • \* A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, finance, or engineering recruitment in Africa and the Middle East
  • \* Extensive experience with setting up and managing Recruitment Process Outsourcing initiatives
  • \* Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and technical skills
  • \* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • \* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • \* Proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals in challenging markets
  • \* Experience using ATS and other recruitment tools
