Responsibility

  • we are currently looking for an experienced Administrator/Finance Assistant to work in our Winscombe Hall Care Centre in North Somerset
  • management of day to day correspondence & managers administrative requirements
  • management of business filing and archiving system
  • data input on company software
  • assist with HR/ recruitment function
  • cedars Care Group is a family run company with 20 years' experience in nursing, dementia & elderly care and six boutique homes across the UK
  • assist in the preparation & maintenance of Service Users contracts & files
  • assist in the management of business finances - Purchase ledger and Credit Control

Requirements

  • extensive administration experience, ideally within the healthcare/care environment
  • knowledge or understanding of residential care settings would be advantageous
  • understanding of basic financial administration processes - purchase invoices/receivables invoicing purchase/sales ledger
  • ability to prioritise and manage your own workload to meet deadlines, is essential and to deliver results under pressure
