Requirements

  • A minimum of Grade B in GCSE English and Maths
  • A Level or equivalent of Grade A in Maths
  • bachelors or equivalent
  • accounting
  • previous work experience in a customer-facing
  • ideally have taken accounting related courses
  • well rounded accounts experiences and aptitude for numbers
  • fluent in Cantonese preferred

Responsibility

  • adaptable in any jobs and perform other duties as may be assigned
  • answering all incoming phone calls and enquires via work phone and company mailbox. Dealing with clients' queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • liaise with HMRC as an agent on behalf of client’s issues
  • dealing with correspondence, post, filing, and general office duties including producing and amending documents and spreadsheets
