Extremely worst service I received from 29th April 2023 uptill now, they have come 8 times and each time different workers coming and blaming the previous worker for the wrong workmanship and saying they would send someone else to fix the problem and they will need to get the correct measurements and to fix the ongoing problem, in the beginning of the installation the inner door was wrongly measured and he had to send somebody to put the locks on them and they still got it wrong, as the locking system was not aligned with the right frame, they changed the inner door and they still got the seals and locking system wrong and in result the door is still rocking to and fro, the lock could easily be opened from outside leaving big gaps in the door, ( being not safe) the outer door is not aligned properly as well and the locks are not locking properly, you have to slam the door to close and on the last attempt, Mr (deleted by the administrator), made the job worst by wrong adjustment and hinges are left without seals and door is misaligned and he said at the time that you have only 4 days left for the warranty and he lost the part of the door and he said he will send it by post and walked away rudely, intimidating me. He also, mentioned that he will charge me if everything comes out okay, and he will be the judge, instead of getting an independent inspection, he hanged the phone rudely, the staff had been unhelpful, rudely and biased. All this had left me very stressed thinking about my safety and traumatic feelings are still there.
