  • strong IT Skills

  • people Management experience is essential
  • evidence of excellent organisational and prioritisation
  • previous experience of working in an IT support environment essential
  • ability to independently manage questions own workload

Responsibility

  • to manage, support and train ICT Technician and apprentices as agreed with IT Support Manager
  • to act as second line support for issues which are escalated from the Helpdesk
  • contribute to and support the overall aims and ethos of the Schools and the Trust
  • to assist in managing the IT HelpDesk System and processes
  • participate in training and other learning activities as required
  • to create and maintain documentation in support of IT systems
  • participate in Performance Management and development as required by the Trust’s policies and procedures
  • participate actively and flexibly in a range of school activities
