Responsibility

  • the Wilson Street Pantry is a brunch restaurant located in Merchant City, Glasgow
  • this is a day time role
  • serve well-made drinks
  • A full time position would be 4 days over 7
  • greeting and serving all customers and patrons in a courteous and professional manner
  • daily setup and breakdown of the coffee bar
  • take orders and deliver them to patrons in a timely manner
  • consistently maintain a clean work area during slow and busy periods

Requirements

  • passion for brunch and experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • previous experience within the hospitality industry essential
  • previous experience working with coffee essential
  • independent person that needs little direction while still being a big team player
  • great interpersonal and customer service skills
  • strong collaborator and communicator
  • flexibility & availability to work weekends is a must
  • barista: 1 year
