Requirements
- store Management or Team Leader experience in a fast paced, convenience store environment
- experience in managing a team through effective communication, training and mentoring
- A proven track record of providing excellent customer satisfaction and service
- experience in effectively planning, organising and managing work for your team to get the best out of them
- achievement of KPI’s / targets in your previous role
- convenience store management/team leader: 2 years
- ability to problem solve and seek solutions in a fast paced environment
- A good working knowledge of convenience store departments including ordering; stock control, margin, management and merchandising
Responsibility
- manage all operational and cash handling/till processes within the store
- organising and managing daily stock, deliveries and pricing
- actively train, develop and monitor store staff with the assistance of the HR department
