Responsibility
client Interaction: Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
property Knowledge: Thoroughly understanding the local property market, property values, and current market trends to advise clients effectively
property Listings: Creating and managing property listings, including captivating descriptions and eye-catching photographs, to attract potential buyers
diary Management: Scheduling and booking viewings, valuations and adhoc tasks in the agent’s diaries
negotiation: Skillfully negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms for both parties and facilitating the sales process
administrative Tasks: Handling paperwork, contracts, and other administrative duties related to property transactions
