Working hours

Responsibility

  • basic bookkeeping in support of business income and expenditure
  • inputting purchase and sales invoices using QuickBooks
  • reconciliation of income & expenditure against monthly bank statements
  • prepare monthly supplier payment runs
  • you will be working towards your L2 Accounts/Finance Assistant apprenticeship by assisting in a range of duties relevant to your studies
  • you will be guided and mentored by the Accounts Assistant and Financial Controller
  • you will also be set aside time to complete your learning
  • we are looking to appoint a Finance Apprentice to support the Financial Controller by providing administrative support with bookkeeping and financial duties
