Responsibility

  • you will prepare, cook and present the day-to-day golf club menu as per guidelines set by the Catering Manager
  • you will also assist the Catering Manager as required for ad-hoc, larger functions including golf days, functions, parties, tribute nights etc
  • the kitchen does not open on Mondays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day

Requirements

  • basic Hygiene Certificate or Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
