Responsibility
- oversee the experience of guests who stay, dine and drink with us
- strive for exceptional customer service, and support the team to do the same
- plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders

- contribute to menu planning as required
- manage stock effectively, ensuring we always have everything we need
- check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
- track orders and accurately record, log and check all shipments
- ensure all kitchen staff adhere to food, health & safety standards at all times
- ensure food waste management system is implemented and adhered to
- passionately promote our sustainably sourced, local produce
- attend and contribute to weekly team meetings to maintain communications
- manage all F&B day to day operations within budgeted guidelines
- identify new opportunities for growth
- feed in and report regularly to the owner on sales results and productivity
- manage food and beverage promotional activities and events
Requirements
- minimum of Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or higher – must be valid
- first Aid Certificate or willingness to undertake refresher training
- personal Licence – for sale of alcohol or willingness to obtain
