Responsibility
- interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks

- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- be able to deal with cash and credit card sales
- cash up and lock up at the end of the shift
Requirements
- you must be over 18 to apply for this role
- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees and external parties
- be able to work as part of a team and as an individual
- must be flexible with hours
- customer Service: 1 year
- bartending: 1 year
- ability to stay calm in a fast-paced atmosphere but also have attention to detail when the business is quieter and make sure the bars and surrounding areas are clean and maintained
