Responsibility
- A portion of the work will involve ad hoc tasks to assist the owner or resolve issues as they arise
- this could include shopping for supplies and managing waste
- cleaning and maintaining our Serviced Apartments to ensure that it meets any housekeeping sanitation requirements and provides a comfortable space for guests to enjoy during their stay
- monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
- using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools
- tidying up rooms
- primary duties include: cleaning our Apartments, office, and other areas within our workplace to the highest standard; checking apartments before a guest checks in, be able to work on your own
- sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
Requirements
- there is much potential to stand out as an asset and make a positive impression on the company
- work hours are 12 hrs, including Friday, Sunday and Monday
- 4 hours per shift 11 am-3 pm
- knowledge of and experience in Cleaning and Sanitising rooms to varying levels to meet requirements, Willingness to Learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment, Ability to Adapt to Different Situations and Change Work Processes to accommodate customer needs, Ability to Take Criticism, Listening Skills to make sure that they are meeting the needs of their clients for cleanliness and sanitation standards, Good Customer Service skills, Flexible, Reliable, can work on your own, with Organisational skills, Integrity and Honesty, and High Energy Levels
