- william and Gleave Estate Agents are recruiting for a Full Time Property Manager to join our successful team in our Deeside office
- ensuring properties are compliant with buildings and local council regulations
- you will be a part of our property management team within the estate agency ensuring that exceptional service is provided at all times
- liaising with tenants, landlords and property management teams to resolve issues swiftly
- you will deal with a diverse range of clients to address tenancy and landlord enquiries, manage maintenance queries, conducting inventories/check outs, property inspections, utility management, deposit administration, arrears chasing and other ad hoc tasks to meet the business needs
Requirements
- experience of managing residential properties desirable
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- RSW qualification is not essential but would be an advantage
- salary is between £19,000 and £21,000 per year , dependent upon experience and industry qualifications
- hours - 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 4.30pm Saturday 4 weekly
- knowledge of current tenancy laws and buildings landlord requirements
