Responsibility
- first point of contact for general enquiries, maintenance and emergency calls
- assist in the day-to-day property management area of our lettings team
- professionally market any vacant properties and keep occupancy levels high

- prepare and execute tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements
- coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with landlords, contractors, and tenants
- assist in essential admin tasks such as chasing rent arrears and arranging necessary paperwork
Requirements

- excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
- exceptional organisational and time management skills, capable of effectively managing a busy workload and prioritising tasks
