Working hours

Responsibility

  • supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives
  • train, coach, motivate and evaluate team performance
  • ensure consistent adherence to company policies and procedures
  • ensure high-quality customer service is delivered by the team
  • provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • assure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone or email
  • deal with customer issues that are escalating
  • collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in customer service management or a related field
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • demonstrated experience managing and improving customer satisfaction metrics
  • understanding of CRM software and systems
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
