Responsibility
managing and overseeing the daily running of the service
ensuring that the care provided is of a high standard, specialised and person centred
ensuring all children and young people using the service are treated with dignity and respect
ensuring that our CYP's independence, choices and plans are actively promoted and adhered to by the service
to be responsible for managing staff and delegated budgets in accordance with Willcob Care Policies and Procedures
to work within a legislative framework and ensure that all practices within the service are in line with current legislation and social policy and actively promote Willcob Care’s values and care Ethos within the staff team and home environment
take responsibility for understanding and complying with statutory and legal requirement including all aspects of The Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Children and Families Act 2014, the Health and Social Care Act 2008 , Health & Safety, COSHH etc
Requirements
the ideal Registered Manager will need to hold or be willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
