Responsibility
answering calls and diverting them to the relevant department
invoicing clients and sending out statements
sourcing data and populating our client database
ad hoc clerical assistance as required
supporting clients with setting up of new finance systems and correspondence with HMRC
the resolution of accounts queries
occasional payroll cover
support the accountancy team in bookkeeping, VAT returns and accounts production for multiple clients. May include visits to client sites to support their accounting functions
Requirements
keyboard skills
MS Office
minimum of 1 year book-keeping experience
knowledge of Sage50 and cloud-based accounting software
knowledge of accounts production software
full driving licence
payroll experience
accounting: 1 year
