job Description: Sales Administrator
act as the primary point of contact for the Client Engagement Manager , ensuring enquiries via email and phone are responded to within a specified timeframe
reports to: Director of Marketing & Sales
location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
any other reasonable duties, as directed by the Client Engagement Manager
main Purpose To provide administrative support to the Client Engagement of Role: Manager to ensure an effective and efficient sales function
collaborate with the marketing team as needed, assisting in event planning and organisation
support the Client Engagement Manager in the client onboarding process by obtaining and filing necessary client documents, along with setting up and updating supplier and tender portals
contract type Part time, permanent ; and hours: Initially 16 hours per week with some hybrid working flexibility
