Responsibility
- we are a friendly hard working tightly knit team who are very supportive of one another
- this new position in our growing team is an office based role which needs to underpin our busy operations at Wildflower Turf, being the first point of contact for our customers and looking after our existing clients
- we are in need of an energetic positive person who has a keen sense of responsibility, has exceptional customer and sales handling skills. Multi-tasking should come as second nature as well as the ability to plan ahead
- the role will include answering inbound calls from customers, handling queries, creating quotations and processing orders, booking transport and liaising with members of the production team
- the business can be quite seasonal so you need to be prepared for exceptionally busy periods as well as the quieter seasons when more planning and administration can be completed
- we do need someone who is self-motivated and a self-starter, who proactively problem solves and seeks sales opportunities once they are confident in their new role
