Responsibility

  • training team members and briefing them on new products and promotions will be key to the role
  • the Manager will have retail management experience, be a ‘people person’ with strong training and development skills
  • he / She will have excellent store visual merchandising skills with a full understanding of EPOS systems
  • they will be highly motivated and lead by example with high standards of customer service and be an excellent communicator
  • the Retail Operations Manager will supervise a team of upto 10 people , committed to delivering high standards of customer service and strong commercial results
  • manage and develop all team members through performance management and appraisal, addressing any personnel issues as they arise
  • they must be numerate and literate, with the ability to produce reports for sales, stock and budgets along with the ability to adapt and respond to changing situations
  • maintain a logical and tidy layout of stock rooms, enabling staff to locate product easily
