Responsibility

  • due to the further expansion of our business, we are looking for a proactive, friendly, and well organised Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis, working from our offices in Norwich
  • working closely with the office manager and senior team you will help support the business by providing a high-quality, efficient service to both internal team members and external clients
  • you will be responsible for efficiently managing and booking client meetings, supporting the office manager with AML checks, database management and other general ad hoc office duties as required

Requirements

  • previous administration experience
  • A good attitude and a willingness to learn are the most important traits we are looking for
  • proven customer services in an office environment
  • previous experience within an administrative role
  • strong IT Skills with MS Office
  • strong telephone etiquette and top-notch organisational and time management abilities are essential
  • self-motivated with the capacity to efficiently manage work requests and provide administrative support for the Practice
  • proficient in resolving issues in a composed and professional manner
