wignalls is seeking an experienced sales administrator to work from their Head Office in Heathfield, Newton Abbot
the individual will provide support across the business, this is vital for the smooth running of the business
excellent social skills and communication are a must
the candidate needs to be able to work as part of a team and on their own, as the role requires regular interaction with the teams with in the business
manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
collaborate with the team, using spread sheets to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings
maintain a clean and organized office environment

Requirements
previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
familiarity with Sage software for basic bookkeeping tasks
excellent organisational and time management skills
strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
effective communication skills, both written and verbal
ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
