Working hours

  • full-time | Part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • respond to a range of incoming correspondence, checking for accuracy and completeness and requesting outstanding information
  • monitor literature and office stock
  • track client transactions to completion
  • maintain internal files and registers on back-office system
  • manage client ongoing service procedures
  • process applications and transactions and track progress until complete
  • greet our clients and callers warmly and professionally on the phone and in the office for a great first impression and to develop the trust and relationships essential to positive client outcomes
  • prepare digital and hard copy folders and files in advance of client meetings

Requirements

  • excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills, with the flexibility to respond to changing needs in a dynamic working environment
  • ability to manage multiple responsibilities, tasks and processes simultaneously, without the need for close supervision
  • self-motivated and solutions-focused, with the capability and desire to take ownership of all relevant responsibilities
  • attention to detail, particularly when working with text and financial information
  • IT literate, with strong skills in standard office applications and ability to quickly learn new systems and software
  • ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of people and build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners
  • motivated by organising and completing tasks in support of a wider team working towards great client outcomes
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
