  • supporting the Operations Manager on putting Warehouse strategic and operational plans in effect
  • consulting with HR to ensure effective planning, people management, development and recruitment strategies are in place
  • ensuring activities in the warehouse adhere to all the policies and procedures in place
  • ensuring all employees in the department comply with the standard of conduct expected
