Responsibility

  • we are currently hiring a Warehouse Manager to join our successful, friendly, and growing team in our warehouse, based in Ramsgate
  • to maximise use of space, money, labour and other resources
  • to allocate warehouse space and arrange for regular stock inspections
  • to prepare reports on expenditure and advice on materials and parts standardisation, future stores and stock policies

Requirements

  • experience working in a warehouse, three to five years preffered
  • strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
  • excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software
  • strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
