• speaking with clients to determine requirements for each project
• setting up staging environments within the server to build new websites
• carrying out monthly maintenance on websites hosted by us

• making changes and updates to existing websites as and when requested by clients
• optimising new websites for SEO
• ensuring all required tracking elements are setup correctly on new websites
• where required, sourcing relevant imagery and/or icons for websites
• designing and building new websites for clients in page builders such as Elementor or Shopify, ensuring all websites are optimised for all devices

Requirements

• experience with Wordpress, either designing for Wordpress websites or building within visual page builders
• knowledge of HTML and CSS
• an understanding of how servers work for allocating space etc

• please note, not all of these skills are essential as full training will be provided, but an interest and understanding of them will be important
• ability to understand and interpret a brand’s tone of voice

Responsibility

• managing positive relationships with our clients via email, WhatsApp, telephone/Zoom and in face-to-face meetings
• sourcing and liaising with suitable influencers that match the client’s requirements
• creating and updating spreadsheets to track status, performance and stats

• identifying opportunities for growth within our existing clients
• working with the rest of the team on new business activities where relevant
• maintaining accurate records of work and completing monthly reports for clients

• A substantial knowledge of Influencer Marketing, through working in a similar role, being an influencer yourself or following people in the industry closely
• preferably, some kind of experience in an account management role - speaking directly to clients or just being an approachable, friendly person
