Responsibility
- we are looking to recruit an experienced and hands-on Lettings Manager to work in our busy and successful Cleckheaton office
- providing an excellent standard of customer service and building relationships with landlords and tenants
- managing routine maintenance issues
- acting as liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors
- we may consider part time hours for the right candidate on a pro-rata basis with salary dependant upon experience subject to a minimum of 4 days a week plus 1 in 3 Saturdays
- arranging appropriate quotations, ensuring landlords' approval is received
- an experienced person with a strong knowledge of the lettings industry and familiarity with legislation is required to join our busy team
- salary will be dependant upon experience
Requirements
- experience in the lettings industry is highly desired
- rent Smart Wales registration and training is highly desired but not essential as this will be provided during training
- an ability to organise and multitask
- A confident manner
- ability to provide excellent customer service over the phone and face to face
- knowledge of Reapit & Fixflo software is advantageous
- lettings: 1 year
