Requirements

  • experience working in the property sector, marketing and events, economic development, or business support highly advantageous

Responsibility

  • engage with speakers, sponsors, and stakeholders
  • coordinate speaker invitations and responses
  • we are looking for an experienced project coordinator who is organised and able to work at a fast pace to join our team
  • update website copy, including sponsor profiles, speaker bios and headshots
  • our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a track record of coordinating complex activities, and the ability to work with senior level clients
  • create briefing note templates and sending briefs to speakers
  • answer speaker enquiries
  • researching topics and speakers for conferences, alongside the conference producer
