- submitting Mortgage and Protection Applications
- liaising with and supporting our clients until the Mortgage completion stage
- liaising with/and supporting our clients until the Mortgage completion stage
- reporting back to clients with regular case updates and ensuring any queries are satisfied
- working with Lenders from across the whole of the market
- providing telephone and email support for any enquiries received
- working with our existing clients on product expiries and reviews
- supporting the advice team with Fact Finding
