- we are looking for someone that is enthusiastic, loves cooking, can use their initiative and work together well within our team
- white Elm Garden Centre are looking for a full time chef to join our team for at least 10 months of maternity cover with the potential to stay on longer. The role will be 5 days per week including weekends, 7.30am to 3.30pm
- they will be required to prepare breakfast and lunches, from our set menu and will also be required to let their cooking creativity shine on our daily specials menu

- you must be able to cope well under pressure because although we class it as our Tea Room it is more like a very busy restaurant! You must have a full understanding of up to date Health & Safety Laws, have an up to date basic Food Hygiene Certificate and have a no-compromise attitude towards food safety
