Responsibility

  • managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer
  • incidence management and root cause analysis for ISO quality logs and continuous improvement
  • coordination and communication within the team and with customers
  • selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools that supports the tech stack that uses PHP Frameworks
  • review and design of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery systems for automated deployments of bugs and new features to clients’ products
  • setting up tools and required infrastructure in an AWS cloud environment
  • defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
  • preparing and presenting project reports and developing a good understanding of the data to design and develop reports to assist business decision making
