Responsibility
- coordinating photo shoots, organising products to be used in each shoot and maintaining records to ensure all products are photographed
- help to create, upload, and maintain product listings on various e-commerce websites and marketplaces
- visual Merchandising of product categories, accurate images in product listings and some data entry of product information
- assist with the uploading of new products and ensuring deadlines are met
- provide Customer Service assistance to our clients via email and telephone queries
- the successful candidate will also be required to help with Customer Services, responding to customers’ email and telephone queries
Requirements
- minimum 1 year experience in E-commerce product listing
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- experience using basic creative tools for cropping and approvals, for example, Canva
- be comfortable working with spreadsheets and show a good understanding of Excel
- knowledge of Magento and Linnworks is a plus but not essential as training will be given
- familiarity SEO optimisation techniques would be advantageous
- strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise deadlines
