- ensure the highest possible levels of care provision is maintained at all times
- undertake all duties in accordance with your pre and inwork training as well as
- liaise closely with WGM Care Ltd at all times, reporting any concerns, changes or difficulties you come across in your line of duty
- assist service users with taking medication as identified in their care plan. Neccesary training will be provided where this task is a requirement
- assisting service users with maintaining a clean, tidy and hygienic environment
- assisting service users with mobility requirements in line with their care and support plan to maximise and enable their physical abilities
- assisting service users in the management and maintenance of their personal independence by assisting them complete daily tasks such as shopping, sorting out the laundry, attending appointments, paying bills etc
- professional manner. Ensure all data protection and safeguarding requirements and policies are complied with
