The people are very sneaky. They are only Bulgarian and Lithuanian and they only want their own nationality there. They don't want any English or other nationalities taking their jobs. They don't explain how to work or how fast you should be. Just complain behind your back to the manager and get you sacked after one day. The breaks are stupid, only accommodating for smokers and no one else, you have to wait 6 hours for a proper break just so the others can smoke in the morning. Overall, it's not a bad job but the other workers make this place a horrible environment to work in.
Where do you work more hours, at WESTWAY PRODUCTIONS or at MALLARD PACKAGING? Do they force you to do overtime?
