They have contacted us as they want to work with us as a company.
We have thought they want some extension or some trade. They had a rep out and sold us some serious amount of advertisement opportunities where we supposed to get 30 second every 15 minutes on big screens.
Also stated it is for two years.
We were in their shops and not once seen anything about our business neither the big screens they have talked about.
Also tricked into an automatic renewal which was not mentioned.
Now we are here out of pocket by nearly £5000 and looking at another £2700. The small print on terms which they forgot to mention states that we supposed to cancel 12month before expiring to avoid another contract for another term!
