- relevant level 3 or above qualification - E
- experience with Focus stage lighting - E
- experience with Patch stage lighting as required - E
- experience with balancing sound equipment as required - E
- ensure safe installation of temporary cabling - D
- experience with producing multi-media material for productions as required - E
- experience in constructing stage settings and other physical materials for presentation as required - E
- the ability to work effectively with a range of people, including pupils, colleagues and parents - E
Responsibility
- assist in maintaining an inventory of the department’s equipment, adding new items as acquired
- assist in advising and obtaining appropriate storage for the department’s equipment
- organise and execute the orderly and secure storage of equipment and materials
- monitor the use of equipment and ensure its return to storage
- we have an exciting and unique opportunity to recruit a Theatre Manager and Technician for the Croston Theatre at Westholme School
- advise teaching staff immediately of damage, safety hazards, or other problems

- attend meetings with colleagues in the performing arts area to discuss prioritising tasks and to update them on progress
