Responsibility
- take & qualify incoming leads & enquiries over the telephone
- taking and qualifying incoming leads and enquiries from various sources, including responding to customer queries
- carry out post-order completion calls with accounts to ensure a delighted client and repeat business

- the main purpose of the role is to ensure customer enquiries and queries are responded to promptly, and each enquiry is maximised to contribute to our sales growth plans
- gain accurate contractual information for each project/ customer
- carry out discovery meetings and build rapport with existing accounts to gain a thorough understanding of the accounts and identify additional opportunities to the business
- delegate relevant tasks to the Internal Sales Executive and Sales Admin to enable free selling time
- ensure the accuracy of information used within the CRM system
- understand the needs and pain points of the customer, and ensure excellent customer response, providing a fit for purpose solution, using cross-selling and upselling for a full package
- provide support to external Account Managers as required
- identify, negotiate and land new large and strategic opportunities from existing accounts, empowering the Internal Sales Executive to take forward small opportunities within the same accounts
- ensure accurate & detailed information is handed to Operations for won opportunities
- post project follow-up calls to ascertain new opportunities
- monitor competitors, market conditions & product development in your sector & feed this back to the marketing department
- overall ensure excellent customer response throughout the sales process

Requirements
- no specific qualifications required
- previous sales experience preferred, especially Business to Business, and/or in the Construction/Fit out industry
- previous Sales experience is preferred
