  • \* Respond to and act upon enquiries, via email and telephone
  • \* Process customer orders via email and telephone
  • \* Process quote requests and purchase orders via email and telephone
  • \* Prepare and organize bespoke quotes for customers
  • \* Process returns
  • \* Keep our data base/records accurate and up to date in writing
  • \* Customer guidance and advise on products and requirements
  • \* Excellent product knowledge

Requirements

  • \* Previous experience of a customer service role is required
  • \* Previous experience of E-commerce customer service is advantageous
  • \* Previous knowledge of fasteners is advantageous
  • \* A passion for customer service and organization
  • \* Strong attention to detail
  • \* Knowledge of legal requirements and regulations involved in online sales
  • \* Confident working under your own initiative whilst being part of a team
  • \* Staying calm, assertive and efficient under pressure
