- accurate inputting of information to our Dealer Management System
- handle a steady volume of incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- assist customers with bookings & updates on work in progress
- process orders, returns, and exchanges of parts ordered for bookings
- maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
- collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
