• job Title Carer Support Manager Employer Westbank Location South Locality/North Locality Accountable to Head of Carers Services Contract Fixed term contract until 30/04/2025 Hours 30 hours/week over 4 days Salary £25,293.22 pro rata Purpose of the Role Westbank are the provider of Carers Services for Devon County Council for Adult and Young Carers
• the main purpose of this job is to proactively participate in the development and delivery of services for carers in Devon and promote carers needs and the services of Devon Carers
• this is the collective name for the statutory functions that Devon County Council has delegated under the Care Act 2014 to Devon Carers including carers assessments, support planning and reviews
• as part of the Management team of Westbanks Devon Carers Service you will be required to contribute to the long-term planning and future of Devon Carers
